At EBOOK VENTURE, we are committed to your satisfaction. Because we sell digital products (eBooks and PDF Guides) that are available for instant download, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will always work to resolve any technical issues promptly.

No Return Policy on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns once a product has been downloaded or accessed. This is standard practice for digital content, as it cannot be "returned" like a physical item.

When We Will Help You — Free of Charge

Although we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to resolving the following issues immediately at no extra cost 

  • 📄 File Won't Open — Our PDF files are of the highest standard and are compatible with any device. However, if your downloaded file fails to open, we will send you a working replacement right away.

  • 🗑️ Accidentally Deleted File —   If you deleted your file by mistake, contact us and we will resend it to you promptly.
